I'm a square and I don't know how to post links but here's how to embed videos. Go you You Tube. Type in anything you wanna see. Here's one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UjM9UI40jk
Look to the right of the video. In the gray box you'll see the word 'embed'. Copy the whole thing (left click) and then go back to your blog and paste it. Then hit publish. Voila'!
